Well… Not mayhem because this look was definitely more polished and safe as far as pattern mixing goes. The safety rule for pattern mixing is to mix a small/ tight pattern with a larger one. If you aren’t sure about office dress code, similar colors give a more uniform feel and still allow you to express yourself.
Spring has sprung, I have big “lion” hair and my outfits have to match said hair *smirks*
The best thing about this was that the coat shoes and necklace brought the look together and made it polished/ work appropriate.
The patterned pants from H&M give off a more pajama feel and add in a comfy white tee, and I could look like I rolled out of bed. Chic nonetheless but still, out of bed.
So the fitted coat, bright shoes, and bold necklace took the outfit from weekend to work ready. Definitely a great way to end the week.
